Shipping and payment

You can use the following payment methods in our promotional products shop:

PayPal
To be able to pay via Paypal, you need a free Paypal account. Paypal then offers you various payment options and also insures all orders up to 500 euros. If you select the Paypal payment method, you will be forwarded to Paypal after placing your order, where you can log in or register and select your desired payment method. In addition to paying with your PayPal balance, you can also pay by credit card and direct debit. As soon as you have made the payment via PayPal, we will dispatch your goods immediately.

Credit or debit card
Payment by credit card is possible. After you have submitted your order, a subsequent page will allow you to conveniently pay by credit card without registering. Your credit card account will be debited when the order is finalised. Our credit card payment method is secured by 3D-Secure, which means that you must have your credit card password ready for the payment process.

Shipping options

Deliveries to Germany

Shipments within Germany are dispatched by DHL. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. We charge a flat-rate delivery charge of 5.90 euros per order. Delivery is free of charge from an order value of 79 euros.

Deliveries to Austria

We charge a flat shipping fee of 7.90 euros per order. Delivery is free of charge from an order value of 79 euros.

Deliveries to the Netherlands & Belgium 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 7.90 euros per order. Delivery is free of charge from an order value of 79 euros.

Deliveries to Europe

For delivery to Luxembourg, we charge shipping costs of 7.90. From an order value of 79 euros, delivery is free of charge. 

We charge a flat rate of 12.90 euros for delivery to France, Spain and Italy. 

For delivery to Albania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, UK, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus we charge a flat rate of 19.90 euros.
